This was not a typical shoot for me. Every year, two of my friends from college throw a Super Bowl party that rivals pretty much every major holiday. It’s considered worthy of major traveling and calling in sick the next day. I had no need to skip any work, because I got to meet sweet little Addi. I had none of my equipment that I would normally bring on a newborn shoot, but I think we did pretty good with what we had. You might notice one difference between these and my normal pictures. Addi wouldn’t go to sleep! At least not without a pacifier. She’s a little bit older than a typical 7 day old newborn who will sleep and pose however I want. Addi, has her own personality and I’m glad we got to capture the many faces of Addi!One shot asleep without the pacifier, but she insisted on hugging the pillow!
