I love anything that has to do with kids, bright colors, and taking pictures. So of course I jumped at the chance to attend a kids fashion show with Ally and her girls. First I went to dinner with the 6 little girls who were too excited to eat, giddily spinning in circles until it was time to headed over to Little Lambs and Ivy on Devine Street.
Things were already in full swing by the time we got there. Upon entering the store, each girl disappeared into the mass of other girls, in search of their perfect dress. Ally is a girl of specific and refined tastes. After trying on a few dresses, of course her dream dress was the last one on the mannequin. We carefully stood guard and deterred anyone from even looking at “her” dress while we waited for it to be lifted off the mannequin.
Next was the best part. Make-up! After a layer of hot pink eyeshadow and blush, the girls lined up for their photo shoots. There was a photographer to shoot each girl’s new look on a silver sparkling backdrop.
